Online Ketso inspired process - look at our collective outputs!

Today, together we explored gendered approaches in our workplaces by sharing our experiences with each other. We did this using a Ketso inspired process online for the first time. Although there were some hiccups - it was an amazing and interactive experience for everyone involved. You can see one of the outputs below: 

Together we voted on the main themes we wanted to take forward or our calls for action in the Delft Charter.

The two areas of importance for us are to increase in (non-traditional) role models and acknowledgement of unconscious bias (training and awareness-raising).
