Researcher, Advanced Center for Water Resources Development and Management (ACWADAM)
A Researcher in the field of hydrogeology and Groundwater management. My work focuses on action research and education support in the field of groundwater management through field assessments, capacity building and field-facilitation in collaboration with various NGOs, implementing agencies and academic institutions.
Jacqueline is an energetic and ambitious WASH expert with many years’ experience in complex development projects. Her work has focused on community organization and empowerment, civil society engagement and capacity building of WASH actors for effective service delivery. She has worked on assignments for the Dutch Government, USAID and GIZ pre-dominantly in Kenya, Sudan and South Sudan. In her recent role in a project for the Dutch Embassy in South Sudan, she succeeded to oversee the establishment and strengthening of community based management structures for over 700 decentralized water systems. She is convinced of the need for and viability of sustainable development even in fragile contexts. She is currently working with Civil Society Organisations in South Sudan to enhance citizen participation in water governance.
-I enjoy working in social mobilize domain with the rural community .
-I have worked for 5 years as Finance manager in rural Development Projects.
-I have achieved by studies in in Peace building and Development studies A0 in Protestant Institute of A rts and social sciences.
-Since 2019, I am pursuing some courses :Water and climate change,Social Innovation in water and climate change in IHE Delft Institute for water Education /Netherlands.
-I am interested by assisting our country(Rwanda) in achieving SDG 6 by 2030.
Active in the field of Environment Impact Assessment Study & Management of Hazardous Waste.
Vincent is a projects engineer with over 10 years’ experience in infrastructural projects implementation seeking opportunities in engineering, quality, environment, health and safety engineering. He has working knowledge of FIDIC conditions of contract, PPPs, IFC Performance Standards.

Generally interested in research and training on hydropolitics, media and water diplomacy, water conflict management and general water governance and participatory water management (Local and transboundary).
Currently researching on the interplay between vulnerabilities climate change impacts and water conflict and cooperation in transboundary waters in West Africa and the Sahel region
