I am a PhD Candidate, I registered from 2017 at Razak Faculty of Technology and Informatics, Universiti Teknologi Malaysia (UTM) Kuala Lumpur with specialisation in Hydrology and Water Resources (Malaysia). I received my Master of Science in Civil Engineering—Water Resources Engineering in Optimal operation of Dams Reservoirs (case study) from Gaziantep University (Turkey) in 2014. I graduated for Bachelor in Water Resources Engineering from the Department of Dams and Water Resources Engineering, University of Mosul (Iraq) in 1998. I registered as the member for Board of Civil Engineers in Iraqi Engineers Union in Baghdad (Iraq) in 1998 and member for Board of Civil Engineers in Kurdistan Engineers Union in Erbil (Iraq) in 2007. I am working from 2002 at Ministry of Water Resources-Centre of Studies and Engineering Designs as position for a Chief of Engineers (Iraq). I supervised for many Irrigation and Drainage Projects in Middle and Northern of Iraq as a Consult Engineer.
