Jacqueline is an energetic and ambitious WASH expert with many years’ experience in complex development projects. Her work has focused on community organization and empowerment, civil society engagement and capacity building of WASH actors for effective service delivery. She has worked on assignments for the Dutch Government, USAID and GIZ pre-dominantly in Kenya, Sudan and South Sudan. In her recent role in a project for the Dutch Embassy in South Sudan, she succeeded to oversee the establishment and strengthening of community based management structures for over 700 decentralized water systems. She is convinced of the need for and viability of sustainable development even in fragile contexts. She is currently working with Civil Society Organisations in South Sudan to enhance citizen participation in water governance.

I am a PhD Candidate, I registered from 2017 at Razak Faculty of Technology and Informatics, Universiti Teknologi Malaysia (UTM) Kuala Lumpur with specialisation in Hydrology and Water Resources (Malaysia). I received my Master of Science in Civil Engineering—Water Resources Engineering in Optimal operation of Dams Reservoirs (case study) from Gaziantep University (Turkey) in 2014. I graduated for Bachelor in Water Resources Engineering from the Department of Dams and Water Resources Engineering, University of Mosul (Iraq) in 1998. I registered as the member for Board of Civil Engineers in Iraqi Engineers Union in Baghdad (Iraq) in 1998 and member for Board of Civil Engineers in Kurdistan Engineers Union in Erbil (Iraq) in 2007. I am working from 2002 at Ministry of Water Resources-Centre of Studies and Engineering Designs as position for a Chief of Engineers (Iraq). I supervised for many Irrigation and Drainage Projects in Middle and Northern of Iraq as a Consult Engineer.

Vincent is a projects engineer with over 10 years’ experience in infrastructural projects implementation seeking opportunities in engineering, quality, environment, health and safety engineering. He has working knowledge of FIDIC conditions of contract, PPPs, IFC Performance Standards.

I am part of the IHE Delft eLearning Support Team which has the mission to support and inspire academic staff (and partners) to produce and deliver high-quality online education to water professionals from all over the world. I have been working for IHE Delft since 2008. Currently, I work as Education Facilitator supporting academic staff and partners in developing online and blended courses/programmes and in using eLearning tools to improve education (e.g.: Moodle and OCW – see https://ocw.un-ihe.org/). Sometimes, I am also involved in WASH capacity development and research projects, due to my background in the field of Water & Sanitation.

Mr. Bijoy Kumar Ghosh joined BCS General Education Cadre in 2005 as Lecturer in Zoology at Pirganj Govt. College, Thakurgaon and served there till February 2009. He also worked in the post of Research Officer, DSHE. He was Deputy Director (Admin.) in Education Engineering Department from November 2009 to November 2014. After that he joined as Assistant Professor of Zoology in Govt. Edward College, Pabna & Govt. Science College, Dhaka form November 2014 to November2015. He also worked as Fisheries cum Environmentalist in Second Small Scale Water Resources Development Sector Project (SSWRDSP-2), LGED, from November 2002 to March 2004 and as Fisheries Extension Officer in Department of Fisheries (DOF),from April 2004 to June 2005. Currently, He has been working as Deputy Inspector under Bangladesh Technical Education Board, Ministry of Education, Bangladesh. He completed Masters of Science in two different subjects -Fisheries from RU and WRD from BUET. He received special training on International Educational Leadership Program and Local Economic Development from Queens University in Ontario, Canada and Wageningen UR in Collaboration with South Africa Agriculture Research Council respectively. He also obtained International Skill Leadership Programe in Nanyang Polytechnic International (NYPi), Singapore. Mr. Ghosh has also four research publications in international Journal.
